+ Parking/Max Vehicle Count - 2 vehicles MAX. 1 private single car garage (will fit a minivan) and 1 assigned parking space ONLY. No outside parking available within the HOA. Passenger Vans, RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited.
+ Pool - 6 guests max at one time, strictly enforced by HOA. No unregulated flotation devices, pool toys, etc allowed. Pool Facility Hours 9am - 10pm.
+ City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage/game rooms etc) are off limits during this time.
+ Guests must comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation.
+ We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar
+ Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee
+You must be 25 years old or older to book with us.
+We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed.

Wonderful location for our Disney vacation. Beds were super comfy, and plenty of pillows and extra blankets. Love all of the extras for our grandchildren, including toys, dress up clothes and baby gates. Plenty of space, the kitchen is a bit small, but well stocked. A few areas were in need of paint and /or repair. The jetted tub isn’t functional, but pool and playground are right out your front door. The exterior is a bit rough, but the area is safe, and we appreciated the garage to park in. We loved the location, walkable to the parks, so no Disney parking fees! Cute decor… we would stay there again.

Howdy, we stayed four nights at this property. Upon walking in it smelled cleaned and that is the way we found it. There were plenty of clean towels and bed sheets; the kitchen had enough pans and stocked with enough cookware for us to cook simple meals; the beds were comfortable and we felt safe there. Disneyland was across the street (ride the tram back and walk through the parking garage to an exit), Target is about a mile away to buy groceries or use Uber food delivery. Both bedrooms and two full baths are upstairs, one half bathroom downstairs. Keyless entry was convenient. Check in was easy and FuntierLand management was responsive. We plan on staying here again when we return. Overall a great experience.

Walking distance to Disneyland and many eating places. Clean place. Gets really cool and nice downstairs with the ac on but the upstairs master is very hot which is unfortunate. We used 3 fans but didn’t do much. Kitchen works well, just has very small amount of supplies. The only pan they had was smaller than the size of a tortilla. The owner answered her phone immediately when we couldn’t get into the room which resolved a lot of stress. Pool and park was across the way. Only one pool was open but it worked for us. Nice to have washer/dryer and a stroller to use because we brought ours but it had no storage so we tried theirs out and it worked great! Also nice that they had kids supplies in case we needed them for our 2.5 yr old. Overall I would highly recommend

We were a short 15 minute walk to downtown Disney gate, walking through all the shops in downtown Disney. The beds were really comfortable to sleep in. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t realize there was a cupboard upstairs with more towels for the pool. Kitchen was clean, could use a larger frying pan though, as we had to fry our taco meat in segments in the small pan. Chatted with reception and she was going to bring me one! Pool area was fun. 3 big pools and a hot tub. Very quiet complex and you can see the fireworks from garage 37 at 9:30 pm. The windows and patio door could use upgrading. We didn’t feel they could safely lock when closed. They are pretty shabby. Great communication with the receptionist too. They answered promptly with any questions I had. This unit is a great place for family. Would highly recommend staying at Pixie Hollow. Thanks for letting us stay :)

I can't say enough good things about our stay here! The first being the excellent location so close to Disneyland. It only took about 10 minutes to walk to downtown Disney and the parking tram was even closer. The pictures were very accurate. The beds were very comfortable. The lower bunk of the bunk bed could easily fit 2 people. We loved all the cute Disney touches throughout, and they provided most everything you would need for kids, including lots of toys and books, high chair, packnplay, kid friendly plates and utensils, even dress up clothes. Their communication was excellent and the virtual house guide they provided was the best I've seen. It's the most professional experience we've ever had with an Airbnb. We saw Funtierland has multiple properties, including some in this very complex. For future Disney trips we will be checking their listings before looking anywhere else. There's no beating this location with this price.

We stayed at this property with our daughter, son in law and two grandkids (ages 2 and 7 years). The size worked great for all of us with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was perfect being so close to walk to and from Disney. We were able to come back and have lunch and take a break or nap. The double stroller there was so helpful with the kids too. The grill worked great and we had a nice meal out on the patio. A few updates and extra lightbulbs would be nice. Otherwise overall it was a good experience.

Great proximity to Disney! It’s about a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney, then you have to walk through Downtown Disney to get to the parks. The condo is right across from the pool and playground in the complex, so it’s super convenient. The master bedroom can get pretty hot, but there are box fans available, so that helps a lot. And it was super nice to have a washer and dryer! Owners are very responsive.

This condo is a great option for families going to Disneyland who want more space than a hotel. It is right next to the condo’s pool and playground which is really nice. It’s only 10-15min walk to Downtown Disney leading to park entrance. It’s spacious with kitchen, living room, full size washer/dryer downstairs and two bedrooms with two full bathrooms upstairs. The mattresses could use replacing, but we were really happy to stay here. Very convenient to Disney and everyone slept well having plenty of space (we had 3 kids in the kids room and two adults in the master bedroom). Clear instructions for check-in/check-out and hosts checked in to make sure everything was good during our stay. Would recommend.

This is a great value compared to staying at a Disney hotel. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the esplanade (through Downtown Disney), but the nearest parking garage is only a slightly shorter walk. The unit is very clean and everything is high quality. Mattresses could be a little softer, but not a big deal for us. Excellent communication from the Funtierland staff!

Awesome location. Disneyland is just walking distance especially if you don't mind to cross the road where it is technically not allowed. Appartment itself is a little out dated. At the same time kitchen is equipped with nearly everything you'd need if you travel with small kids

We were in Disneyland from February 17 to 23rd and stayed in Funtierland. My family of four was very comfortable and loved that we could easily walk over to Downtown Disney. Any issues were very quickly addressed through text (only one - the coffee maker didn't work and was immediately replaced). We have stayed in the complex before and will likely again. Home was very clean. Kitchen not as well stocked or updated as some other VRBOs but plenty available to cook simple meals. No condiments, cooking oil, etc in home so you do have to buy that (would prefer not to). Kids room and beds comfortable. Master bed a bit firm for our taste and one thing we didn’t like was there was not a lock on the master bedroom door. AC downstairs is loud when running, overall not a big deal but slightly bothersome while watching tv. Loved the location, can’t go wrong with 10 minute walk to Disneyland. We usually walked to Downtown Disney and took the monorail. Overall a pleasant stay and texting with the property management made communication easy. They were responsive and quick when we had issues.

Was very pleased with the experience. The unit was extremely clean, welled stocked and great location to Disneyland (within walking distance). Had a problem with the cable TV, called Funtierland and they sent someone to repair the problem very quickly. Would definitely use them again.

The rental was clean on arrival. Difficult to find at first. In the back by the pool and once found it was easy access. The area is safe and close to Disney. It was a great morning walk over and a good night walk back. The complex is very quiet - older and slight run down on the outside, but the inside was very clean and up-to-date. People within the community were very nice too. The property management company was very responsive. Our toilet upstairs wasn't flushing (which was noticed in the middle of the night). There are two other bathrooms, so we made it till morning as I didn't want to bother anyone in the middle of the night especially since it could wait. I called first thing in the morning and they had someone out immediately. The young guy they sent was very professional explained the problem and told us the solution. He had to go to the store to replace a part, which was done immediately as well. I'm hoping the owners continue renting and people continue enjoying their stay as I will be back in the future. This place is better then any hotel. Stores are also very close so a home cooked meal can be enjoyed. I also want to add that they have highchairs, sleeping stuff for infants and toddlers which was helpful. I brought a baby gate, stroller, and playpen but didn't need too because all this was provided. This home is geared towards younger children as well as older and the owners do a wonderful job with things supplied to keep kids busy. I rent a lot of VRBO's and some are just not kid friendly at all. My kids definitely had a good time (11 y/o, twins 5, infant 1). Thank you! Job well done!

The rental was clean on arrival. Difficult to find at first. In the back by the pool and once found it was easy access. The area is safe and close to Disney. It was a great morning walk over and a good night walk back. The complex is very quiet - older and slight run down on the outside, but the inside was very clean and up-to-date. People within the community were very nice too. The property management company was very responsive. Our toilet upstairs wasn't flushing (which was noticed in the middle of the night). There are two other bathrooms, so we made it till morning as I didn't want to bother anyone in the middle of the night especially since it could wait. I called first thing in the morning and they had someone out immediately. The young guy they sent was very professional explained the problem and told us the solution. He had to go to the store to replace a part, which was done immediately as well. I'm hoping the owners continue renting and people continue enjoying their stay as I will be back in the future. This place is better then any hotel. Stores are also very close so a home cooked meal can be enjoyed. I also want to add that they have highchairs, sleeping stuff for infants and toddlers which was helpful. I brought a baby gate, stroller, and playpen but didn't need too because all this was provided. This home is geared towards younger children as well as older and the owners do a wonderful job with things supplied to keep kids busy. I rent a lot of VRBO's and some are just not kid friendly at all. My kids definitely had a good time (11 y/o, twins 5, infant 1). Thank you! Job well done!

This was our second stay in a Funtierland rental home and won't be our last. These guys are amazing hosts, communication is fabulous from start to finish. The condos are amazing, exceptionally clean and have everything you need, dishwasher and laundry soap, Shampoo, Conditioner and shower gel, hairdryers etc. The walk to Disneyland from Pixie hollow is 10 mins at normal pace, 20 mins max at a leisurely / slow pace. I would highly recommend Pixie Hollow and also the whole Funtierland company, these guys are friendly, professional and so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Looking forward to being back soon!

We had an amazing experience at Pixie Hollow. We were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness in every aspect. The complex was quiet and family friendly, as well, if we needed to communicate with our contact, their response was immediate and helpful. The location to Disneyland was convenient but still serene. This was a perfect little home away from home for our family.

You can't beat this place for location. I took my 84 year old mom to Disneyland for a couple of days and we never got in a car. We put the car in the garage provided and left it there. This place is crazy quiet. The quiet time rules they have in place really work. The complex itself is a bit dated and the pool area could use some upkeep but to put your feet in after a long day was perfect. If you're arriving at night make you sure you have looked at the map carefully. This condo is not easy to find. Great set up for kids with the princess dresses in the closet.

Our family, 2 adults and 4 kids, stayed out the Pixie Hollow condo for 6 nights. The condo was perfect for our family size. The condos are older, but the condition was more than acceptable. When we had an issue with the internet, they responded immediately after we notified them. Our children are 4,7,9 and 12. This really is within walking distance from the park if you are open to walking three blocks to the tram or about 12 blocks through Downtown Disney. We used one of the available strollers, took the tram in the morning, and pushed the 2 younger (sleeping) kids and walked back in the evening. Everything that we needed was available in the condo besides food!

This vacation rental was exactly what we wanted. Location to Disneyland couldn’t be beat. We walked morning to Disney and each afternoon walked back to relax and rest, about 10 mins to downtown Disney and then take the Monorail into the park. It was so close we would walk back in the late afternoons and evenings too! The condo was exactly as described and very clean. I am very particular about cleanliness and usually bring/buy some of my own cleaning supplies. I had them but never needed them to pre-clean as I have to at most other vacation rentals. This place was an absolute pleasure to stay in and I would stay in the Pixie Hollow unit without hesitation next time we are in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The unit itself was very clean and within walking distance to downtown Disneyland. I would highly recommend this company and condo unit to others. The condo has everything you need for your stay including everything you would need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The only thing we disliked was the umcomfortable/outdated couch and the cable remote in the living room didn’t work. Also, the outdoor pool area needs some work. The chairs are broken and rusty, dirty diapers were sitting on the ground all week and the pool needed a little cleaning. Overall a good experience.

Pixie Hollow provided the perfect location for visiting Disneyland. For those of you with 'Fitbits', it's about 2800 steps to the park entrance. The property was clean and adequately stocked with kitchen and bath provisions. I would definitely stay at this location when visiting Disneyland in the future.

The location was excellent. We walked to and from Disneyland everyday, avoiding the lines, money, and time it takes to park a car and then walk anyway. When we left on the first day to walk to Disney, my five year old daughter said, "I'm just going to miss this house so much!" The kids loved all the Disney decor and were very comfortable in their room. My husband and I were comfortable in the master bedroom as well. The beds were perfect-- not too soft not too firm. Everything we needed was easily found. The kitchen was well stocked. I was even pleasantly surprised to find that laundry soap was provided (I had brought our own assuming it wouldn't be). I only have two minor complaints: the dryer did not dry our clothes until after two normal drying cycles (it slowed our departure to the park one morning), and the air conditioner is SO loud and doesn't seem to really cool things very efficiently or effectively. So it was a little study and warm, but we just kept the ceiling fan on at night so we could sleep.
We all had a very enjoyable experience at pixie hollow, and would definitely stay there again!

Would have been 5 stars except there was no heat in our unit to counteract the cold December nights; I expect it would be fine during the warmer months.
Otherwise this was a great home away from home, with all the amenities and conveniently located close to Disneyland.

With a daughter working at Disneyland, we come down twice a year and this is our favorite development to stay in (first time in this particular unit). We have yet to find anything closer to Disneyland - pretty much a hop, skip, and a jump to get there. The unit was very clean and comfortable, beds were great, and kitchen well stocked. We had a minor issue but was quickly resolved with their efficient staff. This is our second time in a Funtierland unit and we will definitely stay with them again.

We had a wonderful 5 days staying at this home while taking our girls (ages 1 and 2) to Disneyland. After walking around with the crowds all day, it was nice to have a nice, clean, space to stretch out and unwind. The girls loved playing with the toys in the kid room and getting some time to have some play time of their own after being in strollers and lines throughout the day. Speaking of strollers, we used the strollers that were in the garage, which saved us from having to fly our own strollers, which was a huge help. I would definitely recommend this home for your stay in Anaheim, and we are already looking forward to returning ourselves.

Very smooth and easy process to rent, arrive, check in, and stay. Nice close location to Disney (no driving to or parking at Disney, a short 15 min walk to the main entrance). Clean and updated. Washer and dryer a plus. Easy access to the pool area. Plenty of amenities for a family to assist in your Disney trip. Great little location.
Great location close to downtown Disney and the parks! Clean unit with lots of fun extra for kids. Highly recommended and a great value. The unit was a little difficult for us to find at first, so for future guests turn left when you enter the complex and take your first immediate right. The 2300 building is at the end of that road. The garage is nearby.
