We did a week stay at this property with the grandparents and our family of five, including a teenager, a 10-year-old, and a seven-year-old. The property is perfect for a family getaway. The pool and hot tub are dreamy. The neighborhood is safe and very convenient. The kitchen has everything you would need to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Property owners were very responsive and communicated a lot. Beach chairs, pool, toys, and beach towels were a bonus and came in very handy. We would definitely stay here again.

It was great to be close to Disney and have a private pool. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. The walk is about 40 min to the Disney gates so not quick but it was great to have both strollers.

Great property with plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. The pool and hot tub were amazing after a ling day at Disney. Could see the fireworks right from the backyard. The firepit was lovely to sit and have a quiet glass of wine ( finding the hole at the bottom to turn it on was a littlr challenging). The manager was responsive and helpful. We loved our stay. It was perfect.

This house had all the necessities. We were comfortable, it was spacious and neat. It was very clean. The house was conveniently close to Disneyland. We used Uber and Lyft to get to our destinations. The pool and hot tub were gorgeous. Very happy with our stay

House was clean and had all the amenities we would need for a family trip to Disneyland. Available stroller was helpful as we didn’t pack ours so to limited space. View of fireworks at Disneyland on the weekend was a nice touch!

Overall, very happy with our stay. The place was as described and the host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Clean and very responsive. County rules of being inside the house by 10pm are the best since we would’ve loved to use the fire pit out back longer when it was dark outside, but that’s not the host fault.

Home is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Disneyland. It's a short walking distance to Downtown Disney. It's a little longer walk to the Disneyland entrance. House is very spacious! There is more than enough room to fit eight or more comfortably. Unfortunately, we did not get in the pool because it was too cold during our stay. However, the pool was clean and looks really well maintained. The backyard area was huge! Be aware of the Anaheim "Quiet Hours" policy, so you are not caught unaware. Funtierland will make sure you are aware, but it's good to know this prior to booking the home. Some amenities are a little dated, but everything worked perfectly. Overall, we were extremely happy with the home. It fit our needs perfectly!

First of all, they were excellenthost by being very responsive and helpful prior to the stay. The house was just like the pictures. Very clean and spacious. Loved the outdoors, the pool is very big and deep. You really can see the Disney fireworks, so that's a plus! Would love to book again!

This has been by far the smoothest booking I’ve ever experienced. The property manager is responsive when messaging. The property was clean and had all the amenities needed for the family to enjoy our stay. I’m really looking forward to booking with Funtierland again.

Looked just like the pictures, the neighborhood was nice, and the backyard pool had life jackets and toys. Perfect for my siblings.

The property was great and our kids loved the pool and hot tub. The kitchen had every needed amenity. Well maintained for an older property.

This house had everything we could have thought of and more! All of our needs were met. We literally only needed to buy groceries. We came just after Christmas and even with all the rain we were able to enjoy the hot tub and heated pool. Bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked. Beds were comfortable and they even had everything we needed for the baby including highchair, stroller and safety vest for swimming. The kids loved the bunk room and we enjoyed the many places to relax and enjoy the mild rain under the cover. The drive to the parks was less than 5 minutes and you can see the nightly fireworks from the back yard deck! Will definitely try to stay here again!

For our group of 9, it was less expensive to stay at this house with a wonderful outdoor patio, pool, spa, fire pit and barbecue than at a boring hotel! We loved taking a break from Disney mid-day to swim and eat (and play air hockey in the game room) before hitting the park again. The property managers were super friendly and responsive (in a timely manner) to all our questions. Would stay here again!

Our stay was great! The house was beautiful with an awesome pool. The location was about a mile to the parks but we opted for driving anyway. They had a washer and dryer on property and they even offered a couple different strollers to pick from, which helped on our trip to Cali since we didn’t have to pack a stroller. They offered to heat up the pool for an additional daily fee. Check in was so easy. Definitely a property I would recommend!

This place was EVERYTHING! The location was insanely close to Disneyland. We actually parked and took the toy story shuttle and coming back from Disneyland was a breeze bc our home was so close by! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly neighbors too. We could see the fireworks at Disneyland from the backyard! It was the best to come home after a long Disneyland day and soak our feet in the hot tub! The kitchen was great! We didn’t really have need for televisions bc we wanted to spend time with kids and family. The house even had an air hockey table, a pool with lots of floaty toys for the kids and we loved ordering crumbl cookies to the house! The curfew and the train added to the peaceful vibe in my opinion. We had all my four kids, my husband and my mother there for about a week and we will treasure our time spent there forever! We did universal studio for a day and that was about a 50 min drive, no problem. There was also a ton a places to choose to eat right around the corner! H mart was also very close so we got to cook Korean meals really easily, always a plus! Our son hurt his foot and we were able to get all of the things we needed within a few minutes of the house also! We love this house! Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house is older and has some quirks but I think all the houses surrounding Disney are older. The back patio/pool area was amazing. As we left a new outdoor couch was delivered. I let management know that the broom was broken and the knife set was really dull and they had new ones sent right out to us. The beds were comfortable. The master bed was very tall and creaky. The bathroom light switches are on motion sensors so they turn off when you are in the shower and blind you at night when you walk in. Just the little quirks. I would definitely stay here again. Fireworks were amazing at night.

Great location and lovely quiet neighbourhood. We walked right into downtown Disney from the house which is amazing for the shorter security line ups and access to the quick entrance to Disneyland via the monorail. Perfect size for two family’s and fully stocked for your cooking needs. Honestly exactly what you need for your Disney vacation.

Nice property close to Disney but not within walking distance with children. The view of Disney fireworks each night was amazing! We enjoyed the air hockey table, pool and spa. Large kitchen that was well stocked came in handy for large family meals. We ate outside and enjoyed the backyard.

We stayed at this house for a few days for our trip to Disneyland. Location was great - quick ride to the parks and Downtown Disney, pool was awesome (extra fees for heating) with some extra floaties/towels on property to use, good option for groups! Before and during our stay, the hosts were super responsive over text with our questions.

Thank you for allowing us to use your home. First time renting an AirBnB and the experience was amazing. The house was a perfect fit for our little family gathering as we prepared for my moms funeral. I will definitely be renting from you guys in the future.

Funtierland and the Paradise Pier property was excellent. We arrived a bit early and they accommodated us entering the home early. When we had to reach out to them regarding small minor issues (some of our own doing) they responded professionally and quickly to resolve the issue. The home was large enough for our group of eight (five adults - 3 kids under seven). The pool, hot tub and fire pit were a hit. We enjoyed every minute we were there. Not to mention Disneyland and surrounding amusement was within a mile or two from the property. We even got to watch fireworks right from the backyard. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting the Anaheim area for an extended stay! Thank you Funtierland

Our family had a wonderful time at this home. There was enough space for all 8 of us. The pool and hot tub were the centerpieces of the stay. The only negatives were the check-in (poor communication with the reservation contact and getting door code last minute) and the bed in the master bed room (needs replacing because when you lie down your head feels as if its below your feet. We had to move our pillows to the foot of the bed).

A great house to stay at for your Disneyland vacation. Lots of room and well thought out to meet whatever need you have. We especially loved the hot tub after a long day at the park. Not close enough to walk to Disney, although we didn’t mind because we had already planned on driving to the parking garage.

We recently stayed here as a large group of 8 for a week. The property was clean on the inside and the neighbourhood was safe and quiet.
The outside furniture does need to be replaced/repaired and the BBQ area needs to be cleaned up.
Property management company was very friendly and quick to answer any concerns we had.
Only complaint is the heating of the pool/spa, we paid the extra to have it heated but the spa would not heat until after 3pm (set to external timer) and without the spa on the pool was cold. After 3-4pm however the pool and spa would heat and were nice.

Overall it was a good experience and the house, linens, dishes, laundry and essentials all were as expected.

We chose to rent this house primarily because of the amazing backyard. Upon arrival the house smelt very clean and was as described in the pictures. The backyard was not an oasis as pictured. The pool was full of debris and there was bird droppings on the chairs. I called the office and the pool was cleaned promptly the next morning. I still enjoyed the house and would recommend it to others. Presentation is key and making sure the entire house is as pictured is important to me. We were able to see an amazing fireworks display from the back yard and loved the spacious kitchen. Overall we’d rent again:

The house was very clean and a great layout. The back patio and pool are great. Having the double stroller was awesome and although the walk is about 20-25 minutes, it is way faster and cheaper than parking and dealing with the tram, etc. Great location. As other reviewers have said - the master bed is really uncomfortable - sags, squeaks every time you move and sheet are old. Once they fix that problem, I would stay here again.

This was a nice home in a very nice location. Just a five minute drive from the park. In an area close to good restaurants and shopping. We all loved the backyard area. The pool, hot tub, covered patio, fire pit were all nice to have. We were heree over the 4th of July and got to enjoy the Disneyland show from the backyard as well as the next door neighbors show in the street lol. As far as the house it’s self, we were happy for the most part. Plenty big for 5 of us. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, A/C worked well, and a lot of things available to use in the pool and for the park if needed. in all we were pretty pleased with the house. Only thing I would mention is that the management or owners of the rental should maybe do a little better walk through of the house once cleaning crew is done. We did notice some dirty areas such as debris on the floors in the bedrooms that were supposedly vacuumed, hairs on dressers, few cosmetic things that were easily fixable, had dirty dishes put away that should have been cleaned again, and did have a few spiders in the house. Really just little things that are easily addressed. Again, the house fit our needs and we had a good time. Great house for families with kids that want to enjoy the park and also enjoy time at the house in the pool/backyard area.

We had a fabulous week at Paradise Pier. The location is easy. We were close to Target and Ralphs for shopping. We bought everything we needed for breakfast and snacks on the first morning and that was great! We used Uber to get to/from the park and Downtown Disney. It cost around $6. This was our third Funtierland property that we've rented and this had our favorite backyard, hands down! We loved the pool and the view of the fireworks from the patio. The house was fine. We had a few minor issues that were dealt with quickly and easily by texts. We would definitely go back!

Had a good time. The location is nice and close to disney, you can watch the fireworks every night from the back yard.

This was our first family vacation with our three kids and two grandkids. We drove in from WI. My son drove down from LA. The rest flew in from WI. We had two cars. Very convenient distance from Orange County Airport. Easy walk to Downtown Disney and the theme parks. It was a bit of a drive to Universal Hollywood, but worth it. The house was perfect, although it helped that the two adults didn’t mind bunking with the two and five year olds. They had a memorable time. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The outside bar/grill, pool and hot tub were great. Glad we paid to have them heated. It was hard to find time to use them, with full days spent at the parks. Our hosts were excellent. Communication was simple and effective.

My husband and I spent a week in Anaheim to do Disneyland with our daughter and her family and, when figuring out hotel costs and then eating out for every meal, we decided to look at VRBO. Paradise Pier was PERFECT. The home was open and spacious, extremely clean, beds were comfortable and the pool/hot tub were a huge hit with all of us. The pool was a little chilly upon our arrival but a quick email was sent and the heat was turned up promptly. Disneyland is a 3 minute drive or a 15-20 minute walk and the fireworks CAN be seen from the back yard (as advertised) which was a good thing as the night we chose to stay at the park to watch them, they were cancelled due to the Santa Ana winds. Walmart (for groceries) is a 3 minute drive and Target 10 minutes. Everything was wonderful, we actually spent our last day just relaxing and enjoying the house and pool before heading back home the next day. Improvements??? The only thing I would suggest is that the outdoor furniture cushions be replaced more frequently as they were quite worn. But overall, it was perfect and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or to use them again. Thank you so much for helping us make this holiday so great and easy.

Loved this house near Disneyland Resort, our family of four stayed for seven nights over Christmas break. Was a nice, quiet place to wake up in the morning and then retreat to the pool and hot tub in the afternoon (we split our days at the park, going in early AM until after lunch, then back to the park in the evening). We enjoyed the walk to the tram or Downtown Disney, though it might be a bit much for little ones. Glad we waited until our kids were older to go to Disneyland, children under 40 inches are restricted from many of the big rides and definitely would not want to be part of the "stressed out stroller brigade" :-) We had a couple minor issues with the house when we arrived (TV signal and hot tub controller) and they were resolved promptly by the management company. We would definitely stay at this house again and consider other Funtierland properties.

Our family of 7 (kids ages 3 - 14) stayed here while on our Disneyland vacation. This is our 4th trip to Anaheim and so far this was our favorite place to stay. The kids LOVED the pool and hot tub and all the toys they had to play with. We arrived late in the evening and found the pool remote control out of batteries, so we texted the manager and by the time we got home from the parks the next day they had everything fixed and the pool all warmed up for us. Yes, SoCal does get cool and the heated pool was a blessing!! I loved the updated kitchen and living room - I found everything I needed to cook most of our meals there. There is a grocery store a couple of blocks away. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for everyone! Well stocked closets with linens and towels so we didn't run out. The kids loved the game room with air hockey and ping pong. I was grateful to not have to bring our own stroller since they had that there for us. The laundry was well-used - so glad I could wash clothes while we were there! Some reviews say the home is within walking distance to Disneyland. Let me re-phrase this...the home was within walking distance for adults. We tried the walk with our little ones one day and let's just say that we didn't do it again! It's probably only about 1 1/2 miles to Downtown Disney, but with little kids that are already tired it's a long walk. It is a convenient 3 minute drive to downtown Disney where my husband would drop us off and he took the car back home and walked himself, which was just fine. Overall we had a great experience and were very happy with our stay!

The house is exactly as described and pictured. Leah and Ryan and staff were very easy to work with and very accommodating. Out flight got changed and they allowed us to check in hours earlier. We have stayed in numerous VRBO rentals and this house was by far the best. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Everything is supplied. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, extra spices for grilling steaks, etc etc. The house was very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. Our grandchildren loved the back yard. No matter how tired they were from spending all day at Disneyland, once we got back to the house they were not to tired to spend a couple of hours in the pool. We took Uber to and from the park. Only had to wait a few minutes and it cost $10. We shopped at Fresh Choice on Katella. Excellent produce and meat and very reasonable prices. We ate in a few nights and went out a couple of nights. Would recommend a Mexican restaurant at the Orange Outlet called El Totito. Excellent food, large portions. The staff and service was outstanding. Thank you for helping make this a very memorable vacation for all of us. Our grandchildren didn't want to leave!

We loved our stay at Funtierland 20! The private pool was the highlight of our stay. Our 5 kids pretty much lived in it. What a nice surprise to find the pool already outfitted with a ton of flotation toys and a couple of life jackets for toddlers. The house was clean and comfortable. The bedding was very nice and there were a ton of towels which was wonderful considering how much our kids were in the pool. The neighborhood was quiet and so conveniently close to Disneyland. We rented this house for our week vacation to Disneyland. 6 of us (2 grandparents, 2 adults and 2 kids)stayed here. Was absolutely perfect. Location cant be beat. Around 15 min walk or a few minute drive to Disney. The backyard was beyond perfect. We all loved the pool and hot tub after a long day at Disneyland. Kids swam every single day and watched the fireworks every night from backyard (We only braved the crowds to watch once at Disneyland). Would recommend this property for sure. My kids talk about the pool as one of their favorite parts of the whole holiday. We had a minor problem when we first got there as TV would not turn on. Management responded as soon as I texted/called and sent someone over to fix for us. We have stayed at many rentals before and we really appreciated how quick they were to respond and fix the very minor problem. Would recommend this property for sure.

We stayed in Funtierland 20 for 6 days on our California/Disneyland vacation. The house was a great fit for the 2 families. The pool was lovely - the backyard made our stay! My daughter (who is sitting with my while I write this wants me to make sure and state that the house and pool were awesome!) A few times while at Disneyland she asked, "can we go back to the pool now?" :)
We had a bit of trouble with water temp/ and the fire pit the first day but the grounds manager was very receptive and communicative and helped us figure out the problem right away.

My family and I enjoy the house and pool. It's close to Disneyland and all ementities. The only issues we had was there are not a lot of plates for meal times with a large group. It would be beneficial to have floor mats by the back doors to wipe wet feet and to keep the dirt outside. Other then that we really enjoyed our stay!
