F-30 | Small World

Fabulous! Besides an issue on the first day with the pool heat, to which they promptly replied and had it fixed everything about this place was great. The location was ideal and we walked to the parks daily. I had an infant in a stroller and my husband would sometimes Uber (for $5-8) with the older kids if they were tired or wanted to save their steps for just in the park. It couldn’t have worked better! The communication was prompt and easy with the property managers which helped a lot at the start of the trip. The hot tub was a huge perk for us to soak our feet in at the end of the long park days. Would highly recommend!

We loved that the kids could play here and there was a room for everyone. It worked well for being a place to sleep close to Disney and the pool and hot tub were amazing. It’s definitely well used by lots of families and isn’t a resort, but for housing young kids and not worrying about them breaking anything along with in-laws and other family it worked great. Would stay again traveling with lots of family.

The property is as described. It has plenty of room and is well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We had everything we needed.

We had a fantastic stay within walking distance to the parks. Our kids loved the decor and bunk beds and was a great spot to recharge. We regret we didn’t use the pool at all but were just too tired after full/late days in the parks. Great house, spacious for the Anaheim area, and very helpful and responsive management.

House is the perfect DL house! First I want to talk about the walk because that is something I couldn’t find a ton of review ons. The walk to the entrance of Downtown Disney took 16 minutes for a fast walker. You can cut through California Adventure hotel and walk past Conference rooms. I made that in 13 minutes. Now my husband and 9 year old who walk slower it took about 22 minutes. If you walking in mid afternoon you are walking in direct sunlight with minimal shade along Katella Ave. We also had a car for our stay but it took longer to park car in the Mickey and Friends Garage and take the tram to the park. The house has everything you need. The rooms were great lots of the rooms with the bunk beds. Kitchen has all glassware and utensils. Only thing I would suggest in kitchen would be more coffee mugs. Also, there is not a lot of setting in the living room. We plan on renting the house again in March 2026 ! Not sure I would ever rent a park hotel again. Also there is a Food For Less about 1 mile away. Park walk was .86 miles. I check all around while I was there at other rentals and this one is truly the closet. Nothing but 5 stars for a DL house!

The house and grounds were beautiful. The waterfall/waterslide was awesome. There was one glitch with the spa but staff responded to text messages within minutes and the problem was located and resolved quickly. This would be an amazing place for a family with kids. We were all adults but still appreciated the furnishings and decor.

We had a great stay. Close to a lot and walking distance to Disneyland. The walk was very nice and it took just as long to park as it did to walk. We had plenty of space for the 10 of us. Would definitely stay here again plus the pool was amazing!

The house was very cute and clean, very good use of space. Very comfortable for multiple families even. Three of the 5 bedrooms have very comfortable bunk style beds with a full or queen size bed under and a full on top. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome and a lot of fun. A little scared to even open the back doors after 10 PM to go out to the car for something, with all the signs posted, but you can breathe easy...I didn't get in trouble! LOL The house is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood seriously walking distance to Disney Parks! Our only let down, was the "game room" in the garage. There is a foosball table, that is all. Not a huge, big deal, we enjoyed the pool. We were not there to do any of the parks, more to enjoy the house and see friends in the area, but would definitely book here if we planned to go to any parks in the area or the convention center.

Twelve family members were very comfortable in this home! The children (7-15 years) LOVED the pool and slide; everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The walk to the Disneyland Park entrance was about 25 minutes; a bit longer than anticipated. The property managers were very responsive and friendly throughout the entire process!

It was great for our family. My 80 yo parents loved the spa. My 9yo loved the pool and slide. Everyone had a room with a comfortable bed.

Hands down one of the best stays I’ve stayed at. The family enjoyed the private pool and all the beach and pool accessories. The rooms were cute and the beds were comfortable. It is in close proximity to Disneyland and grocery stores. The management was response to questions and requests. Would most definitely book again through Funtierland.

Family of 6 adults and 4 littles. My biggest concern was having enough sleeping areas to keep everyone happy... This worked perfectly! Cousins sharing bunk rooms and adult rooms on other side of house. Beds were comfy and clean! Shared living space was a bit worn but worked just fine (we weren't there to spend days in the rental). The dining table only had seating for 8 but we brought in patio chairs and made it work! The pool area was extremely nice and everyone enjoyed the time spent there. The weather was very chilly for California but better than our Canadian winter! We had 2 mini vans and were dropped off at Disney gates with 2 drivers walking back... It wasn't too far but for little ones easier to be picked up at end of long day. Some fabulous family memories! Any problems that we had with the rental were dealt with quickly and the people at Funtierland were very pleasant to deal with! We would definitely rent through them again!

Other than the Wi-Fi service not working majority of our trip, I would still book this house again. After busy trips to Disney, this was such an oasis to escape to and replenish. Thank you for having a place for my family to make lasting memories. We had age ranges of 3-74 and they all felt comfortable here.

Thrilled with this reservation. Clear photos and description. Very through communication and policies/rules. Clean with plenty of homey touches. Host was communicative, friendly, and quick to respond. I highly recommend this accommodation.

This house worked very well for our group of 6 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of sleeping space and the beds were comfortable. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The walk to Disneyland was a bit longer than we expected per what was advertised on booking but we managed. The stroller provided was very helpful at the end of a long day.

We stayed at the Funtierland several days between Christmas and New Years 2022. Our family of 8 adults and 1 toddler stayed at this AirBNB due to allow the flexibility to walk back and forth to Disneyland and California Adventure. The weather was not favorable during our visit and it rained most of the time, so we were not able to walk back and forth nor take advantage of the pool very much. But we did get one good day in everyone enjoyed the heated pool. (We had added this option to heat the pool onto our reservation at a later date without issue.) Also the Hot tub. The family enjoyed the space and how the house was decorated and we were all impressed. Our 2 year old toddler loved the castle room with the smaller castle door! The house is older, yet is in very good condition based on the age and has been kept up well and we all enjoyed the stay. Location was Great, house was great, and the pool was great. We would stay at this location again. Overall - 5 star!

We rented this house as part of our Disney Vacation. It was within walking distance to the parks and greatly accommodated our family.

Great place; as expected. We loved the pool and especially the hot tub. We found everything we needed pretty easily and there were plenty of bedrooms to go around. Walkable to Disneyland/CA (1.4 ish to Downtown Disney) as advertised. We had a great time and would stay again!

Our family loved this place. We were worried the walk long walk to the Disney parks would be too long but everyone did just fine. The property owners were very gracious and had strollers for us to use which helped a lot, they also provided Pack n Play's for the babies to sleep in. The kids had a great time in the pool. It was clean and in a quiet area. The kids are all asking when we can go back. It was a very fun atmosphere and the kids loved the design of their rooms and beds. Very fun

It was a great stay. Very clean and comfortable. As other reviews noted, a little farther than ideal but was doable to go in morning and come back later when it was cool during summer. Pool and slide were great. Be careful on slide as one of the kids scraped foot due to how the slide is shaped. Recommend!

My whole family enjoyed our stay here very much. The only down fall was there wasn't enough seating considering the max occupancy is 13. We all couldn't sit in the living room comfortably at once and there were not enough chairs for the large patio table for us to all sit outside and enjoy a meal together. It would also be nice to know that everything was provided for us like shampoo, body wash, dish soap etc. I way over packed not knowing what would be in the house. We had an amazing stay the house was very clean and beds were all really comfortable.

Ten of us (6 adults & 4 children 11, 10, 8. & 6) stayed for seven nights at Funtierland Small World and we had the best time! This home is absolutely perfect!! Clean, spacious, walking distance to both theme parks and the pool with water slide and the hot tub were an absolute hit after a long day at Disneyland!! The Anaheim quiet rules for rentals are a “non-issue” considering by 10pm you’re too tired after a long day of walking to do anything other than relax and crash early for the next long day!! The strollers provided were a Godsend!! The littles were pooped after the long day of walking and the double stroller was very handy and great quality for pushing the kids and all our stuff back home. The beds in the home were super comfy and everyone slept well!! The bathrooms were well stocked with TP and shampoo etc with a super supply of both bath and pool towels! The kitchen and dining area were perfect for our group!! We’re already trying to decide when we will return!! We highly recommend this property for your family or group!! You won’t be disappointed. The only improvement we would suggest is the finish in the bathtub in the main bathroom. It’s peeling and sharp and we couldn’t bathe the kids so that was a little disappointing but otherwise a perfect stay!!

Our family of ten (6 adults & 4 kids age 11,10,8 &6) stayed here for 7 nights and we would definitely return. The home was perfect! The beds were super comfy in spacious rooms. Lots of towels for showering and pool use and having laundry facilities onsite was fabulous. Ample seating for meals at the large dining room table was great. We all enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. And because we were all tired from our days at Disneyland that by 10pm the Anaheim quiet time rules were not an issue at all. The Funtierland staff were wonderful answering questions etc. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to come back again one day soon. The only downside is the lack of seating in the living room for 10 people. We had to bring the dining room chairs in so we could all visit. Additionally there were only 5 chairs outside at the patio table so that made eating outdoors as a family group impossible. Otherwise this property is Top Drawer!! Thank you Funtierland for THE BEST FAMILY HOLIDAY EVER!!!!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool and location can not be beat for a trip to Disney. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable, we all slept well. (even a guest with back pain) The pool and hot-tub were a hit, the only downside is you can't use the hot-tub after 10PM due to Anaheim noise laws. There just are a few small reasons I'm not giving this 5 stars. First, the living room area had a couch that was worn out and it didn't provide enough sitting space for a house that size. Second, the carpet was dirty and worn out looking. Third, we killed a large cockroach on one of the last nights we were there.

Overall, I would stay here again the house worked well for our party of 12.

We loved this vacation rental! It was in a GREAT location. The place was clean and well equipped. The themed rooms were adorable! The only bad part was we couldn't use the gorgeous pool because it was just too cold! Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great stay here! Four adults and 3 kids. An older adult had a scooter ordered that was delivered to the house, easy ride over side streets to Disneyland after a few mistakes. Sorry we never got to use the pool. The 2 things needed fixing were taken care of immediately! Excellent communication! Would definitely stay here again! The kids loved all of the rooms! Thank you!

10 (7 adults, 2 kids and a baby) of us stayed here for 4 nights. It granted fast, easy access to Disneyland, California Adventure and Downtown Disney. Great Location to stay if that's where you're headed! For the number of people that the property sleeps, it needed more lounge seating space. A single L-couch wasn't sufficient. An armchair and/or longer L-couch would have added some more lounge space. A few things on the property were deficient: the magnetic seal was detached from the freezer door, the kitchen sink faucet was not firmly attached to the sink, the pool chaise lounge chairs were cracked, the motion sensor light in bathroom was unnecessary in the shower-only bathroom. The lights were too bright and would come on in the middle of the night when they weren't needed and couldn't be turned off while at other times, like when taking a shower, the lights would shut off prematurely. The tub in the front bathroom was peeling, not really safe for little ones. Overall great location, fun pool and hot tub. I'd recommend staying here, maybe ask if these updates have been made first.

Recently spent 5 nights with 6 adults and 2 young children. Location was great. We did not have a car so walked to/from problem. Kids (ages 2 and 4) rode in strollers that were provided. Guessing about a 25 minute walk. I understand there is a shortcut usually available thru the Downtown Disney parking lot, but lot was being resurfaced so that route was closed to us. Backyard was perfect...spent each evening using pool (heated just fine) and spa. Only negative experience was spa heater stopped working mid-trip. Management promptly sent someone to look at, but did not get repaired during our stay. But the positive was easy to communicate with management. Kitchen was well stocked, we Ubered first day to get groceries and there is a small grocery/liquor store on the walk from Disneyland that we also used. We would definitely stay there again if traveling with kids (it's Disneyland, who isn't). While room and beds for lots of people, I think even a great place for for a family of 4. Maybe a little pricey but location and pool area makes it worthwhile.

My wife and I, our four married children and 2 grandchildren had a wonderful time at the house. It was so close to Disneyland that my oldest son with his wife and two kids walked back to the house each day so the kids could get there naps in. The pool was a favorite hangout and even though we had an incident with the hot tub not warming up one evening, I texted Shari (the property manager) even though it was around 9:00, she texted back and had the pool guy out first thing the next morning. The house is in a nice neighborhood, very quiet and well kept. Some of the furnishings are starting to show some normal wear but nothing too bad. It was so fun to watch our little granddaughter going room to room playing in the castle room and then sliding gown the slide in the jungle room. For 10 adult people it’s a little snug in the common room to visit but other than that we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This house was the best of the best. We can't say enough good about it. There were 10 of us on this trip. Fantastic rooms, our 4 grandsons enjoyed the pool as much as Disneyland. The walk to Disneyland wasn't that bad about 20 minutes to downtown Disney. We had groceries delivered, had meals , snacks and whatever else we needed delivered to our house.We go to Disneyland every 5 years with our kids and grandkids, this was alot cheaper than renting 3 hotel rooms. So when you look at the price for a week, consider into this eating out, because that will take alot of your cash.Can't wait until March of 2024 to visit again.Thanks Again

Overall, our stay was fantastic! We had our family of four, two sets of grandparents, an aunt and her friend, so the five bedrooms were perfect for us. The pool was great for the little ones and grownups alike- we could even sort of see the fireworks from the hot tub. We were able to walk to Disney each day- through the Simba lot, onto the monorail, and into Tomorrowland in about 20 minutes. The house was very clean and in good shape- it is clear that it is a rental, but everything fit our needs just fine. Management staff was helpful and responded to needs right away. Overall, I would definitely recommend this home!

The house is very roomy and has plenty of beds. We were a family of 11 with 3 children under the age of 6. There are 4 play pens in the house and 2 high chairs as well as a couple of booster seats, so you don't have to pack all that along on your trip. It's only a short walk, about 10-15 minutes to Downtown Disney if you cut through the cast member parking lot. The pool and the hot tub were excellent and I nice way to relax after walking around the parks. We never ran out of hot water even though most of the adults showered every morning and the laundry facilities were quite useful.(I would suggest putting the operating instructions for the machines on the wall nearby. We were able to figure out how they worked, but it would just make it easier.) We had one minor issue with a smoke detector who's battery warning started to beep, but there was no batteries left at the site for us to change it ourselves. I would have preferred to have more details on some of the amenities before checking in, such as what type of coffee maker it is so we could have pre-purchased that before arriving. All in all it was a great experience and my family loved it.

Pictures were almost identical to the place, very close to the park, allowed us to walk there without having to take our vehicles. I would highly recommend this place. We stayed Monday to Friday at the Small world house and it was perfect in every way for our family. The house is very open, there is plenty of room for everyone to move about without being on top of each other. We had 6 adults and a 16 month old and I think we all enjoyed the house the same.

The house is close to Disney, 6-8 minute drive. Grocery’s weren’t far either!

Great property about a 15 minute walk to Downtown Disney. A couple of things that would have been nice would be to have tissues in the bathrooms and bedrooms and garbage cans in the bedrooms. The top rack of the dishwasher was broken and the DVD player in the main room did not work. Other than that, everything was great.

We had a wonderful time at the Small World rental. The property was well equipped and close to all the fun attractions! The pool was an amazing feature that the family really enjoyed-especially on those hot summer days. All nine of us felt comfortable and relaxed with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. The property managers were amazing and helped us with scheduling that met our needs. They were quick to respond to any issues and were extremely kind and professional. The only issues we had (and these were minor) was that the dryer in the house seemed a bit finicky and that the thermostat/AC is on a fixed timing system that needed to be manually adjusted every once in a while-but neither of those were deterrents from staying in the home and we most certainly would stay again! Thanks for an amazing vacation :)

We had a fantastic time at Funtierland's Small World during our Disney vacation. There were three adults and four children in our group and we had plenty of room in this spacious bungalow. The location is great, quiet and peaceful yet very close to everything. The house is equipped with all that we needed, is very clean and the Disney theme throughout added an extra special touch. I can't say enough about how awesome the pool is, it was an absolute huge hit with the kids, they actually wanted to leave Disneyland to go back to the house and swim! The backyard setting is relaxing and enjoyable leaving you feeling like you're in your own private resort. Leah and Ryan were fantastic during our stay and the days leading up to it. They kept in touch and went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was nothing but the best. We highly recommend this rental and would gladly stay again in the future!

We had an excellent stay in Funtierland 30 from Jan 20-27.

We arrived relatively late, but all instructions on how to use the locks etc were great. House instructions were also good.

We had 4 adults and 2 kids (6 and 2). Everything was very kid friendly, and there was plenty of room for all of us.

The double stroller in the garage was great, allowing our 6 year old to sit in the back (trust me, for Disney this is awesome), and the little one in the front, with our stuff underneath. Because we could push both kids, we were able to walk to Disney (through the Simba lot) each day. It took about 20 minutes to walk (including the inlaws in their mid 60s). Kids likely couldn't do this walk without being pushed, given they're already going to be walking at Disney a bunch. In any case, this is about as close as you can be to Disney for a house, and it was very quiet.

The pool and hottub looked great. We had some heating issues that didn't allow use for the most part, but Funtierland really worked with us on it. Responses for anything were very quick and thorough. We felt comfortable working with them.

The house was clean and well kept. Shows some age in spots, but overall was a much better choice than getting two hotel rooms nearby. We felt like we could really relax after a long day with all the room we had. Also, breakfasts and getting ready were much more relaxing than a hotel. Well recommended and priced right given the options in the area.

Everything was pretty much as described. It's a beautiful property and well maintained. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved very quickly. The property is a 10-minute walk from Downtown Disney; it's another 15 minutes to walk through there and to the parks. We cut through the employee parking lot and took the monorail from Downtown Disney (if we were going to Disneyland rather than California Adventure) to cut down on the walking.

We had a great time staying at this house. My kids loved the themed rooms and the swimming pool. It was really clean, beds were comfortable. We would stay here again. My only suggestion is to take out of the description of the game area. It was in a garage filled with old couches and mattresses with only a foosball table inside. Not what we were expecting. But regardless, we loved the house and the location was great.

The house was everything we needed for our 7 day stay with 9 people. All questions were answered within minutes via email. We could not have found a more perfect & convenient home for our vacation.

We have stayed at several rental houses in thia area and this is by far our favorite. The house is super cute - each bedroom having a theme - the kids were enchanted with their rooms! The beds were comfortable and everything was extremely clean. The pool provided hours of play and fun when we weren't at Disney. We even enjoyed the pretty landscaping and flowers that decorate the front yard. It's a well-tended house. We walked to Disney from the house. It was an easy, pleasant walk and we were there at the same time, or sometimes even before the grandparents who took an Uber. The management was always friendly and prompt with return e-mails or calls - very easy to work with! We would definitely stay at this house again!
