+ Parking/Max Vehicle Count - 3 vehicles MAX in driveway ONLY (will fit 2 minivans, 1 standard). Must not encroach into sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited.
+ City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage/game rooms etc) are off limits during this time.
+ Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation.
+ We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar
+ Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee
+You must be 25 years old or older to book with us.
+AWe would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed.

This was the perfect house for us. Parents and children each had their own rooms. The pool was very clean and warm. It was exciting to see we had not one but two hot tubs we could use. The house was very well stocked with enough dishes and cutlery for all of us. The location to Disney Land was fantastic. Just a 10 minute drive and we were parked and heading into the park. Everyone really enjoyed our stay and are recommending to all of our friends and family to stay here.

We've stayed in Funtierland before, and we have never been disappointed! The house was perfect for our family of 11. We had plenty of space and having four bathrooms was a huge plus. The kitchen was stocked with all that we needed. We've stayed in other rental houses before and didn't have enough dishes and utensils for all of us. Not so in this place, we had more than enough.Even though it was January, my kids couldn't resist going into the pool with the rockslide.I highly recommend Funtierland!

This place is close to downtown Disney. Rooms are clean. Living room floors was a little dusty. But not a big issue. You need to opt in pool heating to get access though. It is a shared pool. Overall stay was great like the place and layout. We enjoyed it.

We had a wonderful experience with Funtierland in 2016. At that time, I did book on airbnb but found that if you directly book with the website, it is so much better! Therefore we had no hesitation to go straight to their website, looking at nothing else. They have so many wonderful properties to choose from that it was hard to make a decision.
When you arrive at the property, they make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. If you need something, they bring it right away. Also, in the instructions, it tells you to take out and bring in your trash bins. When we found out that it was done for us, we understood that they truly take pride in their property and they want us to spend our time solely enjoying our trip!
This property shares the pool area with 2 other houses. At first, we were apprehensive about that but it turned out to be a wonderful idea! Everything is well stocked with instructions on how to use each item.
The most important thing to me was that Rachel texted me personally throughout the trip. Sending me reminders before the trip and right before the left the house, making sure we did not forget anything. She responded with care and didn't make me feel like I was bothering her.
Overall, Funtierland is the only airbnb I would book in Anaheim. We felt like part of an extended family fortunate to stay at their property ;)

Everything was amazing! The house had so much stuff that we didn’t need to buy our own and it was so awesome! I can not wait to go back! If we ever needed anything During our stay they responded quickly. I’m the only thing I would said is I forgot a pair of shoes there and I haven’t heard anything about them even though they said they would get back to me and it’s been a few weeks.

This is the second time staying in Funtierland homes for my Italian students and I. We love the location! We are close to everything, beaches, LA, theme parks and most days we would rush back to the Funtierland home for a swim and grilling in the backyard! Start from the beginning, Miss Katie is Amazing I didn’t know what I was doing and I called her and she walked me through completing my reservation, than I pull up to the The with direction given to me by “Funland” very easy to find Beautiful open the door and just was so amazed, so perfect everything just perfect. My Grand Daughter turned 3 so this trip was a gift to her, everything was so close all the stores and food places however I was able to prepare my family meals right in the marvelous kitchen while they swim, my family had the hardest time staying out of the pool. This house was very spacious for all of our family. We traveled with 13 in our party and had plenty of space. The access to the park was convenient and the access to the interstate was also very convenient. The house had a few minor dings but we let them know ahead of time. Totally loved this place! Our grandkids (ages 2,4 and almost 5) squealed with delight with the Disney themed rooms and the pool with splash pad. The place was clean, close enough to drive quickly to Disneyland, had ample space in the house and parking lot (we had 2 min Van's and a full size pickup). The hosts always communicated quickly and professionally. Located in a safe neighborhood, close to restaurants and stores(drive to) without getting into fast traffic. Loved it! It made our family vacation so special. Oh and the beds were very comfortable.

The location was fantastic. With just 2 turns, less than a 5 min drive, you are in the disney parking lot. The house was spacious and well maintained and the owners were just a text away if we needed anything. The pool area was also a great place to spend a day off from the attractions.

The rental property was very nice. A far better experience from my last vacation home rental. The owners were extremely professional and helpful. The only thing I didnt really like was all the stuff that needed done before 10:00 am on checkout day. Aside from that, great experience and would do it again.

This is a lovely home. I didn't know the pool was shared with two other homes but the families from the different homes are usually in there at different times anyway. The character=themed rooms are a plus. The kids went crazy over them! They also have a lot of condiments, pots, and utensils for your stay. I would definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Anaheim.

We stayed at Walt's Place for our LA vacation. The location, house set up, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, was wonderful. The pictures of the house were all accurate. We all had a wonderful time. Funtierland was very accommodating and response was timely. Only issue was that the downstairs floor should have been swept and mopped before we arrived.

We were very happy with the house. It was our first family trip to Disney and for a group of 13, you cannot beat it. The house was spacious enough for all of us and the pool was a fun activity for the kids with the little down time we had. We were able to watch the fireworks right from the driveway and the house is literally 4 minutes away from the Disney parking structure. The house had almost everything we needed even a rice cooker for us Hawaii people. We got everything else from the Walmart nearby.
I did only a couple minor issues which the property manager on call took care of. They gave us a phone number to call or text if we had concerns.
Overall, we would definitely come back to this house again!!

The stay is good, things are clean and generally everything is very well presented. A few recommendation would be to maybe have some unclogging liquid or gel around, water pressure is a bit on the low side and a few chairs are wobbly, other than that everything's good

We were very happy to find this rental. At 7 am, it literally was less than a 5 minute drive to Disneyland! And at the end of a very long day at Disneyland, we came back to the rental to realize that we could stand outside on the sidewalk and watch the fireworks! The kids loved having the Disney theme throughout the home and they each loved picking their rooms. There is so much space and I think the listing clams that the rental can sleep 15, but I think that is more than the city of Anaheim allows, so that part was confusing to me. Other than that, it really was rather perfect for a Disney trip.

The property was very nice, and was a great place for kids. For the cost, I expected a more professional operation. First, the contract was very restrictive. I have rented a lot of VRBO and Air BnB properties, and I have never had to fill out such a restrictive contract. I felt guilty having an unexpected guest come over for dinner one night, as that was a violation of the contract. Once the initial contract was signed, we got a call stating that the property was double booked for our dates. We agreed to switch to a different house that was essentially identical. I was assured that nothing would change price wise. Imagine my surprise when we received the new contract and the price was nearly $200 more!! They eventually made an adjustment, but it took several phone calls and I really had to dig my heels in.
About halfway through our stay, the kitchen sink became hopelessly clogged. It was partially clogged when we got there. They took care of it in a timely fashion, but they asked us not to use the disposal the rest of the time. Very inconvenient! We used the outdoor grill three times. We ran out of propane, and the spare tank was empty, so we had to finish in the oven. We didn't complain about this, because we weren't going to use the grill again. We asked for one of the light bulbs in one of the bathrooms to be replaced, but it never was replaced. The water pressure is very poor, and the "instant" water heater is inadequate for a house this size. Overall, we had a great trip, but for the money, and considering what was required to book the place, I expected more attention to detail on the part of the managers.

We rented this house for 8 nights and it was the best decision we could have made. We had a larger group and it worked perfectly for all of us. The location was perfect. We went to Disneyland, Universal Studios, Huntington Beach, LEGOLAND and San Diego Zoo. This place was in a great central location to easily make it to and from all those places. We had considered renting another place closer to San Diego but were really happy we stayed in this house the entire trip. The house was very nice and in good condition. The dcor was awesome and we all enjoyed every room. The pool and splash pad were also a big hit. We didn't have any issues at the place so we were only contacted by the owners when we were arriving and leaving but we had confidence that if there was anything we needed they were there for us. I don't know if we'll do a trip like this again but I would definitely rent this place again if we did, we were very happy with it.
We loved our stay at Funtierland. It was so close to Disneyland, the pool area was amazing and the themed rooms were fun. All 15 of us fit comfortably and there were plenty of dishes, towels, bedding, soap, etc. The host was so responsive, helpful and accommodating. We loved it!
