Beautiful home that felt very comfortable to stay in. Host was very communicative and addressed the concerns (front door not accepting code, freezer sealed shut, remote not working for TV) promptly and efficiently. Very spacious home with all listed amenities. Will definitely stay again.

Oh my GAWD This home was absolutely beautiful we had 15 of us in our family trip to California and the home fit us well the pool was absolutely perfect for those hot California days, after a full day at Disney land the hot tub did the trick!! If ur travelling with children this home is the one to get 6 bed rooms my kids swam right from eyes open till quiet time.. never had an issue with whiney kids they loved it.. Dawn was so good with communicating as well! I already referred the home to other Canadian families that are planning California trips

The house is showing signs of wear and tear and there are a few discrepancies from the listing photos. It is within walking distance of the park, but it’s closer to 1.5 miles. Still, the location is great and the house is a perfect spot for swimming and relaxing. We had most everything we needed to prepare our meals there. The property managers are extremely responsive and were quick to resolve all of our issues!

Great location, pretty much exactly as described and looked like the photos in the listing. We had a large group of 13 (8 adults, 5 kids ages 2-13) and it was perfect for our needs. The home was spacious with enough bathrooms and bedrooms to not feel cramped and the kids loved the themed rooms they were pretty excited to pick their spaces. The home is a bit older so some stuff could use some TLC but the pool and hottub were great and the kids spent alot of time in there during our stay so that alone was worth it for us. The only thing I would say as a negative is it says walkable to Disneyland which it is, but still pretty far especially for littles so you probably wouldn’t want to. It took me just over 20 minutes walking to get to downtown Disney so I imagine it would be more like 30 mins getting to the main entrance on the other side. All in all it was a great stay highly recommend for large groups!

there was 10 of us ages 63 to 4 years old everyone had a great time and the place was very spacious customer service was very friendly and very helpful would definitely go back again also it is very handicap friendly

This place has some of the best customer service I have experienced! They are very accommodating and respond very quickly. The house was perfect, the pool was the biggest hit for the kids and a lifesaver for the adults. When we come back to Disney we will definitely be using them again!

Andy’s house is the perfect place for families visiting Disneyland. The location can’t be beat. The home is just as expertly decorated as in the photos. Each room has great detail and themes. The heated pool and spa after a long day at the parks is a must. Great communication and easy-to-follow instructions. Highly recommend.

Beds were comfy, kitchen was spacious, overall it was exactly what we needed.

Had a wonderful stay. Exactly what we needed for our large extended family getaway. Walk to downtown Disney was almost a mile which was a bit too far for some of the little ones. Kitchen was a little sparsely furnished. There were a few things that were missing: no oil for cooking, no sugar for coffee or tea, no larger pots, or soup ladle. Small things that did not take away from our stay.

A super cute place to stay! All the themed rooms were so fun. The pool and spa were nice, the house was clean and tidy, the staff was very responsive and helpful. 20 minute walk to Disneyland which was so convenient! We loved staying here!

Family holiday with 10 people ages 6-66 The house we stayed in accommodatied all of us very comfortable The pool , water slide and hot tub was a bonus.The beds were confortable. The walk to disney was longer than expected but we managed to walk to and from park twice a day and Lyft car in the evening $10 one way. The house itself needs a little loving but all in all it was great. We would highly recommend this house Every request sent to the host was answered immediately

We give Andy's house a 5. Plenty of room for the whole family. Kids were so excited for their rooms, house was exceptionally clean, and beds were comfy, the pool brought plenty of smiles. Hope this house is available for our next vacation.

Our family especially the kids enjoyed the place and pool. Very responsive hosts. The convenience of being close to several different amusement parks really help. Will definitely consider booking the place again if we are in the area.

We all loved our stay at Andy’s house! Lots of bedrooms, plenty of choices for the kids (they loved all the bunk beds). House was well-appointed and clean. It’s very close to Disney and you really can see the fireworks from the backyard. We had a bit of an issue getting the spa to heat up and Funtierland were extremely friendly and responsive.

We loved staying at this property in Anaheim. It is an easy walk to Disneyland and a fun theme. There were a few issues with the house but they were quickly taken care of. House isn't "perfect" but very comfortable and we will stay again!

This was an incredible place to stay! The communication was incredible with easy check in and when I had questions they were readily available and happy to help. It smelled freshly cleaned as we walked in and everything was in great condition. It looks great on the website and even better than expected once we arrived! I would definitely stay here again.

This place was a perfect stay for our family. The kids loved it and love how all the rooms had a Disney theme. The pool was awesome the little kids and big kids all had a blast. The service was very friendly and very quick to respond. I would definitely stay in this place again.

This house could not have been any better! The location was great, the amenities were plentiful, and the hosts were very responsive. According to my 9 year old grandson, our first night at the house was "the best day of his life". Our only regret is that we weren't able to stay longer.

Several bedrooms, each with a different Disney/Pixar theme. The bathrooms each have different themes too! The living/dining/kitchen area is spacious, which was perfect for our large family to socialize in. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as the BBQ grill. Within walking distance of Disneyland, although our preschoolers were glad to use our strollers.

This was a fantastic place to stay with our family! We stayed over Fourth of July weekend and had a blast! We were able to see Disneyland fireworks from the front yard! Will have to book a future reservation again!

Could not have been happier with the property. Just exactly as described. Perfect for families...especially with small children. Loved the décor. Very clean. Only suggestion...put a small waste basket in the bedrooms. We received a message that the power would be cut for several hours (during the night). The owners brought flashlights for us...just in case. We also received a message telling us to stand in the driveway at 9:30pm and we could watch the fireworks.

The house was spacious and decorated very cute for our Disney vacation.

The house was so cute, our family loved the different themes in the bedrooms. The kids (ages 2, 3, & 5) ran from room to room excitedly to discover all the themes and stuffed animals. It would have been nice if we had a way to block the ladders to the bunkbeds as they were too tempting to our little kids and we didn't want them up there. The kitchen and livingroom were generous with ample room for our family to congregate. The house looked well maintained and there was a washer and dryer we could use in the garage. The pool was older and not the cleanest, but using the pool was not our focus while we were there. The thermostat is managed remotely, but management was accessible by text message and turned the A/C on fir us immediately (we are a hot blooded family). Overall, it was a great experience and we would rent here again if/when we decide to go to Disneyland again.

This is a great house located super close to Disneyland. We had 7 adults and 3 kids fit comfortably in the house. The kids loved the themed bedrooms and the pool. The house is also really close to grocery stores so we were able to make full use of the kitchen. The house had pool floaties and toys for the kids, strollers for use at Disneyland, and some toiletries making our trip super fun and hassle free. I highly recommend the house and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at Andy’s House. The house is in a nice neighborhood and close to Downtown Disney, about a 15-min walk. Our grandchildren certainly enjoyed the Disney character theme throughout the house. We’ve rented several VRBO homes in the past, and this home was equipped with the nicest kitchen ware of all. The house could use some fresh paint, but it was very clean, and well equipped as noted in the description. The pack n play had a very flimsy pad, so we doubled the pads by using the pad from another pack n play. I would recommend investing in better pads for that equipment. The barbecue grill was like new, and the backyard had a nice little play slide for the little ones, and a picnic table with an umbrella. The pool was enjoyable though the plaster was a bit rough in some places. While we didn’t have to contact anyone with any complaints, customer service texted us to let us know they wanted everything to be perfect for us during our stay, and encouraged us to let them know if there was anything that we needed. That was very much appreciated. I would definitely rent a Funtierland property again!

We had a nice time at Andy’s house for a late spring family trip. Plenty of space for 14. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were pleasantly themed. The pool had plenty of pool toys for the kids. Hot tub was nice but needed a good cleaning. Great room was large enough for everyone to spend time in together. Disney was a bit of a hike but doable to walk - about 20 minutes to Downtown Disney. Overall, Andy’s House met our needs very well.

Wonderful property! We live in So Cal and had a large family trip planned. This home was perfect! Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Kids got to use the pool which was clean and warm. Beds were comfortable. We actually walked to Disneyland from here, takes about 20 minutes. I highly recommend this style of stay for Disneyland. Coming home after each day was a nice quiet way to rest up for the next day! Thank you for a great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The children were delighted to see all the Disney themed rooms. One problem though. The little kids wanted to stay in the Monsters Inc room, with the big king bed. Grandma and Grandpa held firm, that is until the middle of the night when they sneaked in the room and snuggled up with Grandma and Grandpa.

14 of us stayed there with ages ranging from three years to 77. Every one enjoyed it. Large kitchen area was great for our needs. Walk to Disneyland was tolerable. One car with Handicapped sticker drove. Sometimes the walkers got there faster. The three showers were handy for the number of people we had.

My family and I stayed at Andy's House for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Six bedrooms and three baths were perfect for our group! Our grandchildren loved the Disney themed rooms and the pool which we used every day. The kitchen, including the large island, was great. We cooked most nights and found everything we needed to prepare our meals. The location was amazingly close to Disney and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We went to the beach several times and used the beach chairs and beach umbrella provided. All the household soaps and paper products were provided, which we appreciated so much. When the garbage (which was full) didn't get taken out as described in our contract, we called Funtierland and they sent someone out to take care of it right away.
We definitely recommend Andy's house for your Southern Califonia vacation!

Amazing home! I over packed in all honesty! Within the home there are pack n plays, single stroller and 2 double strollers, bassinet, and 2 high chairs. Lots of towels to use. You can uber your way to the park for around 6$!! We were a total of 14 guests (adults, teens, kids and toddlers)and not once did we feel like we were stuck in a small home. I definitely recommend this home and will probably stay here again.

We just got back from a 4 night stay at Funtierland. Our group consisted of 6 adults, 4 kids (2.5-7), and 2 babies. The home had plenty of space and our kids loved the themed rooms! We walked all the way to Disney so we didn't have to wait for the trams, but took the monorail in one morning. It's a long walk, but it wasn't too long. Most of it is through Downtown Disney so there's lots to see on your walk. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe on our walk. Our only complaint was that the hot water was inconsistent between the various showers and ran out too quickly to support as many guests as the home is set up for (our last morning only 1 of the showers even got hot water, but luckily that was enough for the few of us left that hadn't headed home yet), but that wouldn't discourage me from staying again. It would also be nice to have some extra seating in the family room. We will definitely stay here again on our next big family Disney trip!!

We have stayed in 6 different homes in this neighborhood around Disneyland and this one is by far the best. Very nice renovation. We have small children so the fenced off pool area was a pleasant addition. The walk to Disneyland was comparable to other locations and took us about 20 minutes. The only downside was the carpet in the rooms. Not dirty but shows wear. They should have tiled all the rooms in my opinion. Overall it is a great home and nicely remodeled.

Never stay anywhere else! Andy's house was perfect. Plenty of room for our grandchildren, and their parents! The kitchen had all the necessities and even extras like child sized silverware. We loved the Disney theme throughout the house. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, have privacy or play games at the large kitchen table. A full size washing machine and detergent! Couldn't ask for anything more! When traveling with my family, I am never going to a hotel again.

We had the best time!This place was large enough to accommodate up to 15 ppl. we had 10 in our group and there was plenty of room! Close to Disneyland and grocery store it was perfection!!!!

We loved the house. The Kitchen is very equipped for your stay. All bedrooms were decorated from a Disneyland theme. The only complaint is that some of the rooms were a bit too hot (stuffy). I know that usually Anaheim is cool, but it was super hot and humid during our stay. Everything else was great.
The management was great.

Our family of 14 (grandparents to little 4 yrs old) had a blast!!! Very nice room with all the necessities, lots of towels, air mattresses... nice warm pool and hot tub. We spent very morning at the pool or after a hot Angel game. Thank you for sharing your home. Great family reunion! Just wish that we can host the BBQ at the house.

The overall experience was great. The location is ideal for families visiting the theme parks, the size of the property is great for big families, however, some of the infant items were dated and showed significant wear and tear.

Plenty of rooms. Kids enjoyed the place. Great stay.
