PLEASE NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood. Parties of any type are not allowed in this home. If you are looking for a home to have any type of gathering that could exceed the maximum occupancy, or the maximum number of vehicles, this is not the home for you. Our home is located in one of the most sought after, family friendly neighborhoods just outside the Disney Resort. From our front door it's an easy 20 - 25 minute walk to the “Happiest Place on Earth” and you can even enjoy the fireworks from the private backyard. Enjoy quiet, hassle free access to the wonderful world of Disney and all the nearby shops and entertainment, right within walking distance of our home.

+ Parking/Max Vehicle Count - 3 vehicles MAX in driveway ONLY (will fit 3 minivans). Must not encroach into sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited.
+ City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio etc) are off limits during this time.
+ Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation.
+ We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar
+ Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay.
+ Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee.
+ Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee
+You must be 25 years old or older to book with us
+We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed.

Stayed at this property for a family vacation. There were 10 of use, 4 adults and 6 kids ranging in ages from 10 to 15. This was the perfect house to fit all our needs. The kids had fun just picking out their favorite room to sleep in. All the rooms had comfortable beds especially the master bedroom. Kitchen was large enough to fit several people preparing meals and enough seating so we could all eat together. Swimming pool was a huge hit with the kids. The location was great very close to Disneyland and has grocery stores near by. We had a wonderful time.

We visited with two families with adult children and the number of beds and rooms gave people space and privacy. No one was sleeping in the common area which was a huge bonus. We were very comfortable with 10 adults and had 4 vehicles that easily fit in the long driveway. We could have had a few more. We did not use all of the beds. The living room and dining area was accommodating for our size and needs. Would rent again.

We had a great time at Mickey's House! The home was very clean. The rooms were all decorated w Disney themed. The host was VERY ATTENTITIVE..anytime we text, there was a response right away. There are strict rules about when you can be outside but by the time we got back from Disney, we were all ready to pass out any way. We would definitely recommend anyone traveling with a big group or family to stay here. We had Walmart deliver groceries to the house and we were fully stocked for the weekend. Great trip and Great home! Thank you!!

the minute we walked into the house the grand kids had the disney magic start, it was close enough for an uber ride to the park, could not find any of the bus stops they said were close on the map, luckily we rented a car to transport littles because disney does not check car seats and uber does not have car seats. the house had a stroller to use and that was wonderful, the pool is great, you can even see some of the fireworks from the back yard seating area,

What a great home! It really felt like our home for these few days - not just an “accommodation”. The hosts were incredibly responsive when we had a few questions and all throughout the booking, stay, and departure process. Our whole family (ages 3 - 72) loved everything about this place.

Our Family of 13 stayed at this location comfortably. We had no problems with checking in or out. Location of property was down the street from Disneyland . Also local grocery stores were close by. Private pool was a plus! Home was well equipped with everything you may need for a family with kids . (Playpens, high chairs, strollers , swim vests, kid friendly cups , plates and bowls etc.) If you’re looking for a safe area to explore Anaheim and the surrounding areas, this home is a good choice. Funtierland staff were very helpful , patient, accommodating, professional and responsive whenever we reached out. Pool and hot tub was great to wind down in at the end of a long day. We had a few maintenance issues during our stay but the host was very responsive. We would stay here again!

Fun and cozy home literally behind Pixar pals parking structure. So close you can hear the music from the fireworks show. The kids were so excited to see the themed rooms. This spot is perfect!! It is near the amusement parks. Lots of nearby convenience stores. The area is strict on noise so have to keep that in mind if you are going to arrive late after hours. (It is an Anaheim city thing) The house was very spacious. Plenty of space for guests. We will definitely use this spot again.

My husband and I rented the house to bring our children and grandchildren to Disneyland for Christmas. Everyone has a fantastic time. There was plenty of room to spread out, have dinner and breakfast together and enjoy some family time. Close to Disney for walkers or, we parked in the Toy Story parking and took the shuttle over since we had 4 littles with us. The grandchildren thought the house was amazing! They went to every room to count all the characters they could find. Would definitely rent again!

Great stay for big family or multi-family for dusneyland! The kids loved it! Very strict on noise rules but it didn’t matter because we were at Disneyland the whole time. And I appreciated the great communication and they were very clear on the rules. Kitchen stocked with dishes and cookware which was huge plus!

The house was spacious enough for 6 adults and 5 kids under the age of 8 for 4 days and 5 nights. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean. We were thankful for the rain poncho’s provided. Our only concern is that the property was somewhat run down - the walls look dirty because the paint is very marked, one of the shower’s barely worked and the tiles need replacing. The outside pool and BBQ area look very run down but it was very nice to have the hot tub and pool!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at a Funtierland property and they just knock it out of the park every time! The house was beautiful, plenty of beds, super clean. Long driveway, which is good if you have multiple vehicles. Though we didn’t use the pool it looked nice. The owners are very easy to deal with and super accommodating.

We had the best experience here. The house was so clean and tidy when we came and very well stocked with everything we needed for an awesome Disney vacation. Sometimes you go to a rental house and the longer your there the more you notice wrong about the place.. This house was opposite of that. The longer we were there the more about it we liked.

The rental home was generous in size for our 8 people. The kids were enchanted by the rooms. The beds were comfortable, lots of linens, everything we needed to feel at home. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash - available in every bathroom. Had an issue with the power the first night and the property management company was responsive and helped us until the issue was resolved. Loved this place and would love to come back and visit again soon.

My family and I just returned home from our vacation. Having this beautiful house with everything we needed was a great way to start. Everyone had a wonderful time, we were all comfortable, and when we had questions or concerns the management was fast to respond and help us with our needs. I think there needs to be some attention put on the outside area, the pergal roof was falling down and the pool water was kind of weird and there was a lot of grit at the bottom of hot tub and pool. Also the garage door does not shut, it just needs a hook and eye even. But I was having to watch my toddler to make sure he wouldn’t go in there. Otherwise we had a great time and the rooms were decorated very cute!

There was room for the whole family: 8 adults and 5 kids and everyone enjoyed themselves. Pool was very nice including a deep end and a hot tub. Of course, we walked to Disneyland, but a day at Huntington Beach was nice too. It was about a half-hour drive. City and neighborhood rules were very strict, but that's not Funtierland's fault. Just follow them and have a good time.

We brought our children and grandchildren for a big family vacation and loved staying at Mickey’s house. We are a group of 14 and had plenty of space. The kids loved the fun decorated rooms and especially the pool which we spent one whole day enjoying. The parks are close. We chose not to walk because it was a little too far for everyone but for some it would would be doable. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely LOVED this house! The Disney themed rooms were the perfect complement to our three days at Disneyland and met the needs of grandparents, aunts and uncles, and cousins. While there are a few things that need a little TLC (disposal, tub fixtures in Cars bathroom, and a working plunger in the Mickey bathroom), this house was perfect!

We had five children with us including grandparents and this home had plenty of space! There were some issues with the air freezing us out while we were there but after two days the management company was able to send someone to fix it. I would highly recommend heating the pool and spa, after waiting in lines at Disneyland our kids were in the water nightly! The couch is definitely old and broken (the cushions sink way down/in) but it obviously does that because many people have picked this house to stay at for its unique Disney theme. Overall, the rooms were Enchanting and for our next Disneyland visit we will definitely be at a Funtierland home!

We enjoyed staying in this house while we visited was clean and nicely decorated, although some of the mattresses could use replacing. It took us about 30 minutes to walk to Disneyland with little kids and strollers. The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet, so we didn't mind the walk, even coming home late from Disney. There were plenty of paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, towels, was also nice to have the option of a double or single stroller to use at the rental so we didn't have to pack our own. We would reccomend this house to others and stay again.

Our visit to Disneyland was great with the house being the icing on the cake. We had 8 adults and 2 children staying for a week and no one felt crowded. The decorations were GREAT! Our kids chose their rooms and played for hours. Having 3 bathrooms required some planning, but it wasn’t a major issue! The hot water never ran out either! Having a private pool really made everyone love the house even more- swimming after sweating all day was refreshing and relaxing. The walk to the park wasn’t bad for those of us that exercise regularly, it was a challenge for our older guests. We drove and parked one day (this took 1.5hrs to get in the parking structure, pay ($20 or $35/vehicle), park, enter park)... walking took about 30 mins from house to entrance of park. We also cooked several nights and had everything we needed in the kitchen. I also had excellent response with the texting system. I had a package delivered and an employee stopped by to place it inside the door! Pillows are comfy, bedding and blankets are plentiful, towels are also plentiful with a large quantity of pool towels. We will rent from funtierland again!

All in all we had a great time at Mickey's House. The property was exactly like it was described. Approx 1 mile walk to both Adventureland and Disney. Pool was an asset on our "down day", however the chipping paint in the pool was a little concern - a few places proved to have sharp edges. Management responded quickly when we requested to have the thermostat lowered - 75 was a little high to have the air conditioner set at. Plenty of pool towels; the strollers were helpful for our long days in the parks; comfortable beds; fun themed rooms. Great grill on the patio, but the furniture could use help - ripped chair webbing and an unsecured table leg. Well equipped kitchen - plenty of dishes, cups, etc for our group of 14.

We had a large group, comprised of 5 different families. The house was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, to include garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap, and a sponge. The bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner and body wash, which was a very nice surprise! The linens were all in very good shape and the overall cleansliness of the house was great. I wish I would have known there were strollers and swim vests/wings available at the house, as these are things we towed all the way from Montana with us. Loved the pool and the hot tub. The quiet hours didn't bother us too much, as we were usually so exhausted by 10 p.m. that everyone headed inside anyway. We did get text messages if we were close to violation (9:59--time to go inside!). The management was very friendly and easy to deal with.

Overall our experience was very good! The house looks good (not as great as the pictures) but still good enough. The location is perfect and all the themes around the house is great too for the family. Parking definitely fits 3 SUVS and the pool was awesome (we paid to get it heated). For the most part everything went exactly as we planned and we would recommend this place to others for sure.

There was plenty of room for our group of 11 at Mickey's House. Our grandkids loved the themed rooms, it added to their excitement when we first got there. It was great to enjoy the pool after a hot day at Disneyland. One suggestion, it would be nice if there was a list of recommended grocery stores and restaurants (that do home deliveries) in the area. Overall it was a great place to stay on our vacation.

Their eyes lit up as soon as they entered the house! It was well kept and tidy! The pool was great and well maintained could not have asked for a better place to stay! The house was in great shape. Decorated very cute. The walk to Disneyland was about 15 mins. If you are planning a work vacation the internet was not very strong and service to phones was not great inthis area. Overall a fun house to stay in with the family.

We went for a full week. 11 people total, 6 adults & 5 kids (age 7 & under). Overall the house met our needs & exceeded some. Plenty of room for each of us. The only complaint we have really is I think their thermostat is off. We had it the lowest allowed & I don't believe it was accurate. They did come & check it out & said it's working. They were good to reply when contacted.
It was really nice being so close to Disney.
