+ City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage/game rooms etc) are off limits during this time.
+ Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation.
+ We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar
+ Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay.
+ Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee.

This is our SIXTH time staying with Funtierland (our 2nd time in F-27 - The Carnelian). I think no other SINGLE recommendation is higher than we've trusted FUNTIERLAND with our Vacation housing needs for SIX visits!! You simply can't go wrong with Shari and her Team at Funtierland. They will help you find the home that will perfectly fit your family's needs and goals. We started in a Condo directly across from Disney Resorts our first year. We were taking strollers with us at that time, so we thought it would be convenient to walk straight across. As our grandkids got older, we "migrated" to a home with it's own inground pool. That home (with it's acade game set up in the garage and pool table inside) fit us for a couple of years; with another home in-between. Each time we found things we really liked and a few things we'd do differently next time. Because Shari and Funtierland take such a personal interest in their guests, when The Carnelian became part of their suite of home offerings, Shari recommended it to us and WE WERE HOOKED !!! (I do want to NOTE that in each and every Funtierland home we've stayed in, if there is ANYTHING you need repaired or addressed, Shari and her Team handle it IMMEDIATELY. So our changes in homes had nothing to do with "well, that's sure a bummer!" NOTHING is a bummer with Funtierland! Tastes and goals just change as your family grows and matures).Others have written about the many wonderful assets and amenities of The Carnelian, so I won't go into large details about that -- you can read those. Our family's make up is: Two grandparents; our daughter and son-in-law and our two grandsons (12 and 9). We take almost full advantage of the five bedrooms, as I have sleeping issues and part of "vacation" is for me to curl up like a bear in my own "bedroom cave" (smile!) I like to bring a few meals "pre-made" with us - to cut down on expenses (let's face it -- so we can spend more $$$$ at Disneyland!!). The large kitchen is perfect for heating up what I've brought as well as making pic nic lunches for our "beach days". Besides Disneyland, we take advantage of the proximity of the CA Beaches for days of boogie boarding. Whe we come back to the house - we OF COURSE hit the massive pool and spa !!! So much fun! The oversized dining table makes a great spot for game playing with our kiddos. And one of my FAVORITE aspects is -- although the house is located off a pretty main street, it is TOMB SILENT while sleeping!!! A 65-y.o. post-menopausal Grandma can't ask for more than that !!!!!SIZE, SPACE, PROXIMITY to what you want to go do, combined with FIRST-CLASS TOP-NOTCH Customer Service from Shari and her Team all add up to let's face it our SIXTH stay with Funtierland!!! Looking forward to many, many more !!

The place is beautiful. There were some wear and tear. You can tell the home has been used a lot but the place is tidy and clean. It was large enough to comfortably fit 3 families, a total of 13. The pool and spa was a definite bonus. I was especially impressed with their customer service. They were quick to respond to my questions, concerns, problems and even my personal text review/feedback after checking out. While at the place the bbq grill wasn't functioning well. After a call to the office, someone came out within 10 minutes to assess the situation. She left and returned with a replacement within 30 minutes and we were able to grill for lunch and dinner. I was especially appreciative that they took my review seriously and even called me back to address my questions and concerns. I can tell they are invested in their customers and their concerns as well as bettering their company.

I miss the pool and spa. Very invigorating and easy to operate. Backyard and furniture was clean and relaxing. Some street traffic noise, but nothing bothersome. Driving distance is perfect for drop off and pick up from Disneyland. Walk is about 30 mins. at a chill pace. Water fixtures have some corrosion, but nothing horrible to handle. Stains on towels and some bedding, but there were extras, so replacements were helpful. Couches and chairs need a deep clean soon. Everything else was very organized and clean. Beautiful layout. Rooms are big and some are perfect for yoga. I Love that they provided a new packaged sponge for dishwashing.

F-27 - Carnelian was perfect for our stay. We had 10 people in our party (6 adults 4 kids) and everyone had there own space. The pool was great could hardly keep the kids out of it, thank goodness there was a sign that said it closed at 8:00 so we didn't have to be the bad guys. Didn't use the strollers but it would be very handy to have them if we had smaller kids. Plenty of towels for both pool and bathing. Huge bonus was being able to see the fireworks from the front yard. Home was clean on our arrival and the communication with Funtierland was excellent and easy. This was my first stay but I would highly recommend this location and Funtierland for anyone traveling to the Anaheim area.

My family of 5 recently stayed at this property. The house was large and spacious and everyone had their own space. Having 3 bathrooms was great! The location was convenient, there was a grocery store, pharmacy and Starbucks all within walking distance. The Disney parks were just a short 5 minute drive away. Overall it was a nice property.

This vacation home is absolutely AMAZING! It is as big as the pictures make it seem. It was super clean and thoughtfully stocked. The kids and grandkids loved the heated pool and the game room. This was our first time booking with Funtierland. With the number of people in our party (8) we had plenty of room to gather and go our separate ways within the house itself. Because this was a Disneyland 3-day event, we did not spend much time doing anything else but eating breakfast, showering, and sleeping. The location made it very easy to take an Uber or just drive directly to the theme parks too. The communication with Funtierland staff was consistent and reliable. They responded to any feedback right away too.

This place was AMAZING!! Everything was clean and comfortable. 12 people fit perfectly. Lots of supplies and towels on hand that came in handy. Pool was great and there were inflatables and balls to play with. Great area. Starbucks and shopping center in walking distance. I received texts throughout my stay making sure everything was ok. They even suggested a restaurant that delivered and we used it the first night. That was convenient, inexpensive and delicious. Only drawback: not being able to use the pool at night.

Loved it! Exactly what we needed/expected. The only thing I would change is staying a couple extra days to enjoy the on-site Amenities, we spent all day every day at the Disney parks and would have loved to use the pool and spa more. The management company was very responsive to us and the house was very well-stocked.

This house was perfect for our large family (11) to come together for our Disneyland vacation. We just wish we had more time there to enjoy the house and relax. The water pressure in the shower was so awesome. Beds super comfortable! They had strollers we could borrow for the parks and pack and plays for the baby to sleep at night. It was also nice that everyone had a place to sit at the end of a loooong Disney day. A few people in our family walked to the parks but most of us drove and parked closer. The house was very clean also. The only small complaint, was the neighborhood cats and dogs fighting outside our window very early one morning, not sure anything could be done about that though, no fault of the house! Overall we’d love to stay here again some time.

We really loved the house. It was a great size and had plenty of room for all of us. There was lots of seating in the kitchen and living room, the bedrooms were a good size, and the master bath was quite big (perfect for sharing with the bedroom on the other side). It had everything we needed—plenty of towels for swimming, a pack-n-play, extra strollers, pool toys, etc. There was a fun game room in the garage and we loved the pool and hot tub. We walked to Disneyland and it was a little long (40 minutes) but totally doable if you’re up for it. On days we got too tired we used the pick-up/drop-off and Uber. We had a great stay and would come again.

We had a large group and the people in reservations made it easy to book this house. It was perfect for our large group, including 2 toddlers. The house was clean and ready for our arrival. Maintenance was prompt when we found a couple items that were not working to it's full capacity. The house was missing the double stroller and they had one dropped off the first night of arrival while we were at dinner. There were plenty of towels and blankets. We really enjoyed the pool. The distance was not an issue as we took our car to the park each day. It was so close to the park that we were able to easily go back for nap time each day. I spoke to the lady at the office before our trip and she gave me lots of tips on how to maximize our stay. They are very helpful and have a passion for making your vacation memorable.
The property was clean, had plenty of space (five full bedrooms), and the host was very responsive. It was super close to Disneyland and plenty of off-property restaurants. Would recommend if you're going to the park. Thanks!
