F-28 | The Wonderland House

It was a great place for our extended family vacation. Everything was as advertised- Even better.

We were supposed to have a bigger group with us, but it ended up being a smaller group. But we LOVED the house, the pool, the room themes! If we ever have a larger party come to Disneyland with us, we will stay here again!

We had a fantastic time staying at this property! The Disney-themed decor throughout the house added so much fun to our trip, especially the castle-style bunk beds, which our daughters absolutely loved. The home is generally well maintained, though naturally there were a few signs of wear that come with time. The management team was prompt and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely consider booking here again!

The property is very spacious and with very comfortable beds, we would have liked to stay longer in the house and take advantage of the pool but we practically only got to rest for the days of the park we had booked, the house is super close to Disneyland and Disney California Adventure.

This house was perfect for our family! The decor is an extra special touch, and the kids loved the themed rooms. The property manager is excellent with all communication, and they respond to any needs and requests immediately. The location is so close to Disney that Ubers are a great option to not have to pay for parking! We loved having a fenced in pool so we didn't have to worry about the little ones wandering out without us knowing and falling in. The house was very clean when we arrived, and the kitchen is well stocked. We will definitely look to stay here again, or at any of the Funtierland Properties. The house was clean, comfortable and quiet. The swimming pool was great for the grandchildren and the themes in the rooms were special. All in all it helped make this trip special.

Wow!! If you are going to Disneyland for a family vacation THIS HOUSE is a MUST! Absolutely wonderful experience! There were 11 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out!! The kids LOVED the decorations and the castle room was their favorite! We will DEFINITELY stay here again :)

Our stay was magical the hand painted Disney characters in every room the attention to detail the cleanliness the location to everything was just awesome! We were able to cook go to the park for 11 hours and return to a beautiful hot tub!!! The rules scared me but the truth is the rules may sound strict but really it is common respect for the neighbors not strict at all when you think of it that way! My grandchildren were in awe of every room the castle room was perfect for my son and his wife and 3 children! It was just fantastic and I will go again and again the service was impeccable! I will use this company on all future Disney trips and believe me there will be a lot I have 17 grandchildren! This was the best Airbnb I have ever been to and I am so impressed with the value of the house and the stay

My recent stay at the Wonderland house was, well Wonderful! This home was beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, and oh so close to Disneyland resort! My family of 9 were so comfortable in this accommodation. My youngest princesses really loved their castle room! Thank you for everything!

Absolutely perfect for our trip to Disneyland! It was so close to the park and located in a very quiet neighborhood. The property manager was great at communicating and made it a smooth process! The kids castle room was SO spacious and perfect for our girls!

This home exceeded my family's expectations. We rented the home to enjoy Knott's Berry Farm and have a enjoy the pool for the 4th of July holiday. The customer service was fast and very friendly. Will be the home we rent for our Disneyland/Knott's trips!

This is the perfect house for a trip to Disneyland park! The house was clean and spacious with plenty for room for kids and adults. It’s only a short 7 min drive to the parks, and the house is on a quiet neighborhood next to all the amenities you may need (groceries, coffee, etc). The property manager was super responsive and the info provided ahead of time was very helpful. We will be back!

Overall the house was a great place to stay and the same price as getting a couple of hotel rooms. Having the house kept us all together instead of spread out through a hotel. There are things in the area such as stores and restaurants, but they are accessed more conveniently with a vehicle of some sort! We had a good stay and would stay again if back in the area!

This home was perfect for our family of 11 (6 adults and 5 kids). Close to Disneyland and the pool was nice (when it was warm enough to swim). Good restaurants nearby and the hosts were super responsive. Would definitely book again for our next trip!

everything was great! Very clean and supplies with a lot of needed improvement stuff like extra towels blankets, shampoo, conditioner, soap. Love the incorporation of the children bunk beds & themes. Felt very homey and the beds themselves were a perfect size and comfortable. Your customer service was prompt and always very attentive to my needs and questions. Definitely 5 and can't wait to book again.

The Wonderland House was AMAZING! It was a beautiful and very clean home. It was also very centrally located to everything we were looking to do on our vacation. It was Wonderful to have a HOME base to come to.

3rd stay with this rental company. We absolutely love it. We rented this home back on September 2014 for work in California, this was the first time we discovered the vacation rental company. Because the experience was amazing we kept it in our books to rent again in the future. This is why we are repeat bookers b/c we can count on them to provide the best vacation for our workers and family. Thank you very much for always providing us with great customer service.

We Enjoyed staying in your home unfortunately, with the Covid19 virus we weren't able to go to Disneyland or anywhere really so we were forced to go home early, it was pretty scary.We missed half a week's stay but had to pay for the whole week. It would have been nice to get some sort of refund for the days we missed but I guess that's the way it is.Since we were stuck in the house it would have been nice to have tv's in all the bedrooms. The home was well taken care of, it's an older home so that's what i liked about it, it brought back old memories of when I was a child. The pool was great, the kids really loved it.

This is a great house, wonderfully decorated with Disney! The children loved the themed rooms, and the adults loved the big kitchen and cleanliness.

It was a nice so and spacious. Very close to Disneyland and many restaurants. The area felt safe and quiet. 11 of us fit very comfortable. It was a wonderful experience up until the end. Not sure if it was the cleaning crew or what but a white van parked outside the house right in front giving us a rushed creepy feeling.

We just left sunny California for the wintery state of Utah. We had a great time in The Wonderland House. It was a short drive to the Disneyland Mickey and Friends parking structure and about a 45 minute walk back. The house was huge with plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 children. There were plenty of options for sleeping and we could have filled it with the maximum occupancy of 13 easily but with 3 bathrooms it was just right for everyone to get ready at the same time. It was spotless except for some of the carpet was worn. The majority of the home is laminate flooring and tile. The house is sunny and inviting. We visited in January and although a couple of days were warm enough we did not use the pool or the hot tub. The house was well stocked with kitchen items and bathroom items (soap, toilet paper, towels, linens, etc.) There is only one downside to the properly and the owners of Funtierland would agree. That is the neighbor next door. He never confronted us but soon after we arrived he put a sign on his property next to our cars that was very anti short term renters. I did not hear that he was upset with us personally but we tried to keep him happy. We had a great time and it was a great property. The property management were very helpful and responsive.

Our family of 10 enjoyed our week at The Wonderland House. Location was great for Disneyland, Long Beach, and Huntington Beach. Several fast food restaurants close by, and choice of grocery store nearby. The home could use a little TLC, but had plenty of beds and bathrooms for our family.

It was a beautiful, large home with lots of beds. The home was well maintained and had such cute bedrooms for the kids. We weren’t able to use the pool because it was a cold, rainy weekend. The only complaint we had was that there were not enough bathrooms for our large group. The adults that slept in the 2 bedrooms without bathrooms were not as pleased with the home.

We really enjoyed the property and pictures were exactly like the house really was. Our only complaint is the quiet time being from 10a to 9p. We have a 2 hour time change from home and we were getting up early and would have loved to have used the yard in back more. I do believe a tenant or someone should walk the property with you on arrival to check things over. The beds were amazing and very comfortable.

My family had an exceptional time staying at the Wonderland house. The house is huge and is stocked with everything you need for during your stay. We stayed during Father's Day weekend and we even found two greatest dad mugs in the cabinet. The house comes with every cooking utensil you can think of and everything you need for the beach.

The Disney themed decorations were awesome. The kids and the adult kids loved the cute decorations throughout the house. the pool and hot tub was the best. We grilled our first night in the house and had a fun pool day with the kids.

It was so nice having our party of 12 under same roof. We had a great time from sun up to sun down.

Vacation rental was very very nice. Each room had a Disney theme which the kids loved, the castle room the kids would never leave. The access to Disney Land and California Adventure was a 5 minute drive. The only downside is the neighbor is a little grouchy. Our kiddos were swimming and having a blast in the swimming pool on the first of 4 nights. The neighbor came out and screamed at the top of her lungs " Shut your kids up". This put a damper on the pool as our 3 year old was terrified and kept ensuring that we weren't gonna let the neighbor lady come get her. Aside from that the house is amazing. Would highly recommend this rental and would love to return.

We were a group of 12 (8 adults and 4 kids) and there was plenty of space for all of us. We loved the themed rooms and the beds were very comfortable. The castle room was located off the kitchen area (separate from the other bedrooms) which worked well as the kids loved playing in there (contained the noise). There were plenty of towels and the kitchen had most everything we needed (except wine glasses). The house was clean although a bit worn. The yard could use some TLC but the pool was nice. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working for our entire stay. The property manager was easily accessible and quick to respond.

The house is in a great location. We were less than a 10 minute drive to Disney and the Angels stadium.

My family of 11 spent 6 days at this house. There were a couple of issues that were resolved very quickly by the management. One of them was having the pool cleaned because the winds blew everything off the roof into the pool and they were very accommodating and got the pool and hot tub cleaned quickly. The location was perfect for our Disney visiting, and had enough bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone still had their own space. I agree there could be more cookware and maybe silverware but that certainly isn't a show stopper and I would recommend this house, and would stay here again if we were in the area. The kitchen was a great gathering place for the family and had plenty of room for everyone. All that and a heated pool and hot tub what's not to like. We had a great time.

Totally speechless when we entered this beautiful home. It was bigger than we expected with enough room for our big family to not feel cramped at all. The pool was nice and made it great for a day of relaxation when we stayed in. The property hosts were great and responded within minutes of us having questions. The house was a bit warm and when we called they very kindly were able to adjust the temperature to our liking. The house is located in a great neighborhood near lots of shops and dinning. We traveled with 5 kids three of which are autistic this house was extremely kid friendly. There are no words to honey describe how much we liked this house. We will definitely be using Funtierland Rentals next year for our next trip. Thank you...

The house was perfect, exactly what we wanted for our family vacation! The house is super close to restaurants, shopping, Disneyland, etc!!! The pool made for amazing relaxation days and a great way to cool down after a long day at the park! The hot tub is a perfect relaxation addition once all the kiddos went to bed! The layout of the house was perfect for quiet for the kids while the adults all enjoyed hanging out once the kids were sleeping! The house was SUPER clean and the accessories (strollers, pool toys, inside toys, etc) made travelling via plane way easier!!! We had a slight issue with the fridge freezer and within an hour of contacting the owner they sent a worker to fix it! All correspondence with the owners/employees was easy, polite and efficient!!! I would not hesitate for a second renting from Funtierland rentals in the future! Thank you Funtierland for making our holiday that much more easy and relaxing :-)

Our family of 8 absolutely loved our stay at the Wonderland house! The house was clean, the beds were super comfortable and even the sheets were high quality! The rooms were so creatively decorated in Disney fashion and even my 17 year old son said he felt like a little kid again! The kitchen is large and so well equipped! We seriously felt like we hit the jackpot with this house! The owners were very responsive and professional, always aiming to make our stay magical! The house location is just 10 minutes from Disneyland - very convenient! We would highly recommend a stay at the Wonderland house!

This is our second time having the pleasure to stay at this lovely home! Hands down one of the best homes we have stayed at through Funtierland homes. Its location is prime! You are close to so many places in Los Angeles. It is so much easier to stay at a home where you have a full kitchen washer and dryer and a pool! You have the comforts of your own home at your fingertips. This house has so many amenities to offer. It has a lot to offer to adults and kids alike. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here once again.

We stayed here for 1 week at the end of February. The house was perfectly stocked with EVERYTHING we could've needed.

The location is ideal, it's a 7 minute drive to the Toy Story parking lot (which is MUCH better than the Mickey and Friends parking lot. We waited 30 minutes for the Mickey and Friends tram, only 4 minutes for the Toy Story buses).

The house has 11 comfortable beds, plus we found 3 extra air mattresses, 2 pack'n'plays, and a cot for additional sleeping arrangements.

There are TV's with online streaming services throughout the house, plus a small DVD collection.

The pool was heated to 84 degrees (we paid the additional charge for heating) and the hot tub was 103. Both were perfect for the weather.

The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. They even have a collection of plastic kids plates, cups, and utensils in a lower drawer so the kids can get their own dishes.

The house has plenty of bath towels and pool towels to accommodate large groups.

We found 4 strollers in the garage (1 umbrella stroller, 1 standard single, 2 doubles).

The bathrooms were stocked with good quality soaps, shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of toilet paper as well.

There's also a washer and dryer in the castle room with laundry detergent.

The only downside is the Quiet Hours (which are thoroughly notated throughout their listing). They're very serious about them and you can expect to receive a phone call if you're outside after 10pm or before 9am. They strictly monitor the outdoor activities and parking restrictions with security cameras.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Funtierland 28. The themed rooms were so fun, and the beds very comfortable. The pool was a great size and patio nice to sit out on. We only encountered one issue, the fridge broke on our 3rd day, a technician was sent out the next day but it was never fixed. It wasn't a huge issue for us because we didn't have a ton of things in there that went bad but it was out of their control as well. Would definitely recommend staying here, communication was always clear and open.

This is an awesome house, well designed and super comfortable! It was perfect for our family and every enjoyed their stay. Location was great being close to Disneyland but with the ability to get to other attractions easily.
